Schoolhouse Market offers three types of memberships (1) Basic Member (2) Basic Seller Membership, and (3) Premium Seller Membership. Basic members pay no setup fees. They have access to Schoolhouse Market in order to view items, download free products, purchase store items, and offer feedback and reviews of products. Basic Seller members pay no setup fee. They can upload original products for sale and create their own store within the site. They pay some PayPal fees as listed in the FAQ seller questions section (currently 30 cents per transaction with an addition 15 cents for total purchases of less than $3). Then they agree to pay Schoolhouse Market 40% of the remaining sales price amount as a payout. Premium members pay an annual fee of $49.99. These members receive the same payouts as basic sellers, but they are not required to pay 15 cents with total purchases that are less than $3. In addition they receive advertising and marketing assistance to help their products be more likely to be seen by potential buyers. Schoolhouse Market's Fee Policy is subject to change at any time and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Changes to the Fee Policy and the fees for Schoolhouse Market's services are effective after Schoolhouse Market provides you with at least fourteen (14) days notice by posting the changes on the Site. Schoolhouse Market may choose to temporarily change the fees for promotional events and such changes are effective when Schoolhouse Market posts the temporary promotional event on the Site. Schoolhouse Market may, at Schoolhouse Market's sole discretion, change some or all of Schoolhouse Market's services at any time.
